RANDALL, Josiah, a Representative from Philadelphia City; born, 1788 in New Jersey; clerk, Pennsylvania State House (1811); elected as a Binnite to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1819-1820 term; unsuccessful campaign for reelection to the House (1820, 1823, 1824); died, September 11, 1866 in Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania; interred, Laurel Hill Cemetery, Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania.
