MAGILL, William, a Representative from Mifflin County; born, 1780 in Pennsylvania; elected, auditor, Mifflin County (1809-1810); elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1810-1811 and 1811-1812 term; reelected to the House for the 1812-1813 term as a Democratic Republican; tanner (1811-1825); reelected to the House as a Democrat for the 1820-1821 term and as a Federalist to the 1821-1822 term; died, September 26, 1856 in Huntingdon County, Pennsylvania; interred, McAlevys Fort United Presbyterian Cemetery, McAlevys Fort, Huntingdon County, Pennsylvania.
