CURRAN, William, a Representative from Juniata and Mifflin Counties; born, 1787 in Pennsylvania; farmer; tanner (1822-1825); distiller (1826-1828); elected as a Democrat to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for 1834-1835 and 1835-1836 terms; died, 1874 in Walker Township, Juniata County, Pennsylvania; interred, Adams Cemetery, Mifflintown, Juniata County, Pennsylvania.
