WYNKOOP, David, a Representative from Bucks County; born, 1768 in Bucks County, Pa.; farmer; unsuccessful campaign, Pennsylvania House of Representatives (1813); elected as a Federalist to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1814-1815, 1815-1816, 1816-1817, 1817-1818, 1818-1819 and 1819-1820 terms; died, January 23, 1842 in Newark, Licking County, Ohio; interred, Cedar Hill Cemetery, Newark, Licking County, Ohio.
