MOSCRIP, Andrew S., a Representative from Bradford County; born in Towanda Township, Bradford County, Pa., March 17, 1915; B.A., Hamilton College, 1937; LL.B., University of Pennsylvania Law School, 1940; captain, United States Army (1941-1946, World War II); lawyer; elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives in 1952 and served 2 more consecutive terms; not a candidate for reelection to the House (1958); reelected to the House in a Special Election on April 23, 1968; Sworn-In, May 27, 1968 to serve the remaining 1967 term; reelected to serve 3 more consecutive terms; not a candidate for reelection to the House (1972); died, January 18, 1978 in Towanda, Bradford County, Pennsylvania; interred, Oak Hill Cemetery, Towanda, Bradford County, Pennsylvania.
