ALLEN, William Wison, a Representative from Forest and Warren Counties; born in Dayton, Armstrong County, Pa., June 7, 1908; attended, Dayton Vocational High School; attended, The Pennsylvania State University; insurance agent and broker; chief clerk, Warren County commissioners (1957-1967); secretary-treasurer, Northwest Pennsylvania Association of County Commissioners (1959-1967); elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives in a Special Election on November 7, 1967; Sworn-In, November 20, 1967 to serve the remaining 1967 term; reelected to the 1969 and 1971 terms; not a candidate for reelection to the 1973 term; died, June 20, 1992 in Dundee, Polk County, Florida.
