LYNCH, Frank J., a Representative from Delaware County; born in Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, Pa., November 6, 1922; graduated, West Philadelphia Catholic High School; graduated, LaSalle College, 1948; LL.B., Temple University School of Law, 1952; served, United States Army (1943-1946, World War II); lawyer; partner, Reilly & Lynch; elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives in 1966 and served 6 consecutive terms thereafter; resigned from the House, January 7, 1980; elected, Delaware County Council (1980-1985); elected, judge, Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas, Delaware County (1985-1987); died, January 23, 1987 in Drexel Hill, Delaware County, Pennsylvania; interred, Arlington Cemetery, Drexel Hill, Delaware County, Pennsylvania.
