RYBAK, William C., a Representative from Lehigh and Northampton Counties; born in New York, NY, March 2, 1921; graduated, Liberty High School, 1942; B.S., Temple University, 1945; LL.B., University of Mississippi School of Law, 1949; J.D., University of Mississippi School of Law, 1968; school director, Bethlehem (1953-1959; board president, 1958-1959); attorney; elected as a Democrat to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1967, 1969 and 1971 terms; unsuccessful campaign for reelection to the House (1972); reelected to the  House for the 1981 term and served 4 consecutive terms thereafter, not a candidate for reelection to the House (1990); died, February 3, 2004 in Fountain Hill, Lehigh County, Pennsylvania; interred, Saint Josaphats Ukrainian Catholic Cemetery, Bethlehem, Northampton County, Pennsylvania.
