DOLL, Jacob, a Representative from York County; born, February 8, 1771 in Lancaster, Lancaster County, Pa.; served, Pennsylvania Militia (1812-1814, War of 1812); assistant burgess, York (1810); gunsmith; elected as a Democrat to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1818-1819 and 1819-1820 terms; died, October 5, 1847 in Franklintown, York County, Pennsylvania; interred, Prospect Hill Cemetery, York, York County, Pennsylvania.
