HANNA, John, a Representative from Lycoming, McKean and Potter Counties; born, December 21, 1765; farmer; elected, commissioner, Lycoming County (1795-1797); justice of the peace, Pine, Loyalsock and Lycoming Townships (1797); unsuccessful campaign, Pennsylvania House of Representatives (1811, 1813); elected as a Democrat to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1819-1820, 1820-1821 and 1821-1822 terms; died, March 16, 1851 in Clinton County, Pennsylvania; interred, Dunnstown, Clinton County, Pennsylvania.
