BOWER, Richard Farmar, a Representative from Philadelphia County; born, April 8, 1780 in Philadelphia, Pa.; minister and president, Wesleyan United Societies of Kensington, Philadelphia; elected as a Democrat to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1818-1819 and 1819-1820 terms; died, December 29, 1837 in Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania; interred, Kensington Union Cemetery, Kensington (now Philadelphia), Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania; removed to Northwood Cemetery, Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania.
