RUTTER, Nathaniel Ignatius, a Representative from Lancaster County; born, June 8, 1761 in Lancaster County, Pa.; merchant; elected as a Federalist to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1818-1819 and 1819-1820 terms; died, September 22, 1843 in Leacock, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania; interred, Christ Episcopal Church Cemetery, Leacock, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania.
