MUSTIO, Thomas Mark, a Representative from Allegheny County; born in York, York County, Pa., September 3, 1957; graduated, Moon Area High School, 1975; B.A., business administration, Grove City College, 1979; chartered property and casualty underwriter; chartered insurance counselor; chartered life underwriter; casualty underwriter, Aetna (1979-1981); president, Hicks Heim Mustio (1981-2003); partner, Hicks Heim Mustio Financial Services; partner, Hicks Heim Mustio Benefits; supervisor, Moon Township (2000-2003); elected to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives as a Republican in a Special Election on June 17, 2003 and Sworn-In, June 30, 2003; reelected to the House to serve 7 more consecutive terms; appointed, Legislative Budget and Finance Committee (2005-2008); appointed, Select Committee on Minority, Women, and Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Inclusion (2009); unsuccessful campaign, Pennsylvania State Senate (2012); not a candidate for reelection to the House (2018); appointed, Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board (2019-present).
