KERR, William, a Representative from Allegheny County; born, 1776 in County Tyrone, Ireland; elected as a Democrat to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1830-1831, 1831-1832, 1833-1834 and 1834-1835 terms; unsuccessful campaign for reelection to the House (1832, 1855); associate judge, Allegheny County (1845-1855); died, March 7, 1862 in Saint Clair Township, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania; interred, Saint Clair Cemetery, Saint Clair Township (now Mount Lebanon), Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.
