YEARICK, Henry M., a Representative from Juniata, Mifflin and Union Counties; born, April 21, 1780 in Bucks County, Pa.; hatter; appointed, justice of the peace (1813-1843); unsuccessful campaign, United States Congress (1822); trustee, Mifflinburg Academy; elected as a Democrat to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1836-1837 and 1837-1838 terms; farmer; unsuccessful campaign, Pennsylvania State Senate (1847); died, June 21, 1856 in Mifflinburg, Union County, Pennsylvania; interred, Mifflinburg Cemetery, Mifflinburg, Union County, Pennsylvania.
