JENKS, Thomas, a Representative from Bucks County; born, February 14, 1772 in Middletown, Bucks County, Pa.; elected, commissioner, Bucks County (1808); elected as a Federalist to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1820-1821 term; unsuccessful campaign for reelection to the House for the 1821-1822 term; died, February 27, 1828 in Pennsylvania.
