TORAK, Joseph L., a Representative from Montgomery County; born in Bridgeport, Montgomery County, Pa., January 3, 1935; graduated, West Catholic High School; graduated, Villanova University and Villanova Law School; served, United States Army Reserves (1957-1963); attorney; Special Assistant Attorney General, Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry; elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1967 and 1969 sessions; not a candidate for reelection to the House for the 1971 term; died, April 9, 1998 in Royersford, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania.
