CONRAD, Henry Wilhelm, a Representative from Schuylkill County; born, February 8, 1789 in Worcester Township, Montgomery County, Pa.; captain, Lt. Donaldson’s Company, 1st Regiment, Pennsylvania Militia (1812-1813, War of 1812); engaged, real estate; proprietor, Red Tavern, Pine Grove; appointed, prothonotary, Schuylkill County (1821-1824); justice of the peace, Pine Grove; deputy surveyor, Schuylkill County; elected as a Democrat to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives to the 1834-1835 and 1835-1836 terns; resigned from the House, March 28, 1836; died, May 14, 1841 in Pine Grove, Schuylkill County, Pennsylvania; interred, Saint John’s Lutheran Cemetery, Pine Grove, Schuylkill County, Pennsylvania.
