BAIR, Donald Oliver, a Representative from Allegheny County; born, May 9, 1903, in Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, Pa.; graduated, South Hills High School; attended, University of Pittsburgh; former right-of-way representative, Engineering Department, Bell Telephone Company; president, Board of Trustees, Dixmont State Hospital; elected, council, Dormont Borough; member, Republican State Committee, 45th Senatorial District; elected to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives as a Republican in a Special Election, November 5, 1963; Sworn-In, December 4, 1963 to serve the remaining 1963 term; reelected to the House for the 1965, 1967 and 1969 terms; unsuccessful campaign for reelection to the House for the 1971 term; died, October 27, 1973 in Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania; interred, Mount Lebanon Cemetery, Mount Lebanon, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.
