REBER, Samuel, a Representative from Juniata, Mifflin and Union Counties; born, October 15, 1801 in Reading Township, Adams County, Pa.; farmer; elected as a Democrat to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1843 term, not a candidate for reelection to the House for the 1844 term; seller, Weekly Messenger; died, March 22, 1853 in Stephenson County, Illinois; interred, Babbs Grove Cemetery, Pearl City, Stephenson County, Illinois.
