MILLER, Paul W., a Representative from Allegheny County; born, August 10, 1899; attended, Washington High School (2 years); served, United States Army (World War I); captain, Pittsburgh Fire Bureau (1926-1963); alderman, 10th Ward Democratic Committee (1958-1963); chair, 10th Ward Democratic Committee (10 years); elected as a Democrat to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives in a Special Election, November 5, 1963; Sworn-In, December 4, 1963 to serve the remaining 1963 term; reelected to the House in 1966 and 1968; not a candidate for reelection to the House (1964, 1970); died, August 9, 1976 in Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania; St. Mary's Cemetery, Millvale, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.
