KLEPPER, John W., a Representative from Lycoming County; born in Montoursville, Lycoming County, Pa., October 23, 1906; graduated, Montoursville High School; attended, Bucknell University; served, United States Army (1943-1945, World War II); employed, Pennsylvania Department of Highways; employed, Pennsylvanid Department of Auditor General; elected as a Democrat to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1971 term; unsuccessful campaign for reelection to the House (1972); died, November 13, 1997 in Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.
