COOK, Donald “Bud,” a Representative from Fayette, Greene and Washington Counties; born, June 29, 1956; graduated, California Area High School; B.S., science, West Virginia Wesleyan College; elected, council, Buckhannon, WV (1987-1990); small business owner; proprietor, internet marketing company (2008-present); unsuccessful campaign, Pennsylvania House of Representatives (2014); elected as a Republican to the 49th District of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 2017, 2019 and 2021 terms; appointed, Joint Legislative Conservation Committee (2021-present); reelected to the House to serve the 50th District for the 2023 term.
