FAWCETT, Charlotte D., a Representative from Bucks and Montgomery Counties; born, April 20, 1911 in Delaware County, Ia.; graduated, Lamont High School, 1929; attended, Upper Iowa College, 1928-1929; member, Republican Committee; chair, Lower Moreland Township Republican Committee (1960-1970); parliamentarian, Eastern Montgomery County Council of Republican Women; elected, delegate, Pennsylvania’s Constitutional Convention (1967-1968); elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1971, 1973, and 1975 terms; not a candidate for reelection to the House for the 1977 term; died, July 1, 1998 in Safety Harbor, Pinellas County, Florida; interred, Cremorial Garden at Curlew Hills Memory Gardens, Palm Harbor, Pinellas County, Florida.
