Clarke (2011-2015); elected as a Democrat to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives in a Special Election, August 11, 2015; Sworn-In, August 25, 2015 to serve the remaining 2015 term; reelected to the House for 4 more consecutive terms; appointed, Joint  Legislative  Conservation Committee (2017-present: vice-chair, 2021-present); appointed, Pennsylvania Statewide Suicide Prevention Task Force (2019-present); appointed, Chief Deputy Whip (2019-2020); appointed, Assistant Deputy Whip (2021-2022).
