PARKER, Joseph W., a Representative from Mifflin County; born, 1829; lawyer (1850-1890); elected as a Democrat to the West Virginia House of Delegates in 1867; elected to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives as a Democrat in 1874 and 1875; unsuccessful campaign for reelection to the House (1876); died, 1890; interred, Saint Marks Cemetery, Lewistown, Mifflin County, Pennsylvania.
