MULLEN, Michael M., a Representative from Allegheny County; born in Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, Pa., August 21, 1918; attended, Peabody High School; graduated, Duquesne University Prep School and Business Training College; served, United States Army (1941-1946, World War II); auditor, city of Pittsburgh; claims investigator, law department, city of Pittsburgh; employee representative, Pittsburgh City Hall Municipal Pension Fund (7 years); Judge Advocate, State of Pennsylvania, Veterans of Foreign Wars; elected to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives as a Democrat in 1970, 1974 and 1976; not a candidate for reelection to the House (1972); died while in office, February 19, 1978 in Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania; interred, Saint Mary Catholic Cemetery, Lawrenceville, Alleghany County, Pennsylvania.
