H., a Representative from Mifflin County; born in Belleville, Mifflin County, Pa., January 22, 1852; M.S., Ohio Northern University, 1881; school teacher; lecturer, state-wide Farmers’ Institutes; elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives in 1912; died while in office, March 16, 1914 in Belleview, Mifflin County, Pennsylvania; interred, Locust Grove Cemetery, Belleview, Mifflin County, Pennsylvania.
