FEE, Thomas James, a Representative from Lawrence County; born in New Castle, Lawrence County, Pa., January 1, 1931; attended, New Castle High School; plasterer; Democratic State Committeeman (1958-1960); elected, council, New Castle (1966); elected as a Democrat to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives in 1968; reelected and served 12 more consecutive terms; appointed, Joint Legislative Air and Water Pollution Control and Conservation Committee (1981-1994); elected, Democratic Caucus Secretary (1985-1994); not a candidate for reelection to the House (1994); elected, commissioner, Lawrence County (1997-2000); died, August 7, 2013 in New Castle, Lawrence County, Pennsylvania; interred, St. Mary’s Cemetery, New Castle, Lawrence County, Pennsylvania.
