McGEEHAN, Michael P., a Representative from Philadelphia County; born in Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, Pa., November 26, 1960; graduated, Father Judge High School, 1979; B.A., political science, St. Joseph’s University, 1985; district director, Pennsylvania Lottery; leader, 41st Ward Democratic Executive Committee; Advisory Commission, 15th Police District; elected as a Democrat to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives in 1990; reelected to serve 11 consecutive terms thereafter; not a candidate for reelection to the House (2014).
