FRAZIER, David, a Representative from Washington County; born, 1779 in Prince George’s County, Md.; farmer; appointed, justice of the peace, Donegal Township (1815-1834); commissioner, Pennsylvania Canal (1829-1830); Presidential elector (1832); elected as a Democrat to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1834-1835 term; not a candidate for reelection to the House; elected, delegate, Democratic State Convention (1836); died, July 3, 1839 in Washington County, Pennsylvania; interred, Old Presbyterian Cemetery, West Alexander, Washington County, Pennsylvania.
