JACKSON, John, a Representative from Berks County; born, December 22, 1766 in Reading, Berks County, Pa.; elected, auditor, Berks County (1829-1832); elected as a Democrat to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1834-1835, 1835-1836 and 1836-1837 terms; died, May 10, 1851 in Sadsbury Township, Chester County, Pennsylvania; interred, Parkersville Friends Burying Ground, Parkersville, Chester County, Pennsylvania.
