SMITH, Kenneth J., a Representative from Lackawanna County; born in Scranton, Lackawanna County, Pa., 1961; graduated, Dunmore High School, 1980; graduated, Keystone College, 1984; restaurant owner; elected as a Democrat to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 2007, 2009 and 2011 terms; unsuccessful campaign for reelection to the House (2012); research analyst and district operations, Democratic Office of Member Services, Pennsylvania House of Representatives (2013-present).
