FENNER, Johan Heinrich, “Henry,” a Representative from Northampton, Pike and Wayne Counties; born, March 19, 1779 in Sciota, Northampton County (now Monroe County), Pa.; farmer; proprietor, grist mill; elected as a Democrat to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1820-1821 and 1821-1822 term; elected, commissioner, Monroe County (1836-1839); died, October 15, 1845 in Sciota, Monroe County, Pennsylvania; interred, Mount Zion Cemetery, Sciota, Monroe County, Pennsylvania.
