WOODWARD, Nathaniel A., a Representative from Northampton, Pike and Wayne Counties; born, 1806 in Bethany, Wayne County, Pa.; elected as a Democrat to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1834-1835 and 1835-1836 term; elected, delegate, Indiana Democratic State Convention (1843); unsuccessful campaign, Indiana House of Representatives (1844); died, 1845 in Fort Wayne, Allen County, Indiana.
