ROCK, Todd A., a Representative from Franklin County; born in Chambersburg, Franklin County, Pa., 1963; graduated, Waynesboro High School, 1981; teaching certificate, The Pennsylvania State University; former teacher; dairy farmer; member, Franklin County Republican Committee; elected, Waynesboro School Board; elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 2007 term; reelected to the House for 3 more consecutive terms; appointed, Select Committee on School Safety (2013); not a candidate for reelection to the House (2014).
