ATLEE, William Richardson, a Representative from Philadelphia City; born, May 27, 1765 in Lancaster County, Pa.; lawyer; unsuccessful campaign, Bucks County, Pennsylvania House of Representatives (1812, 1813); elected as a Federalist to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1820-1821 term; died, November 24, 1844 in Winfield, Carroll County, Maryland; interred, New Windsor Presbyterian Church Cemetery, New Windsor, Carroll County, Maryland.
