REYNOLDS, Benjamin, a Representative from Franklin County; born, August 18, 1784 in Pennsylvania; merchant; elected as a Democrat to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1827-1828 term; unsuccessful campaign for reelection to the House for the 1835-1836 term; died, January 27, 1849 in Shippensburg, Franklin County, Pennsylvania; interred, Gods Acre Cemetery, Shippensburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
