WORK, John Dunlap, a Representative from Franklin County; born, November 14, 1794 in Washington County, Pa.; merchant; elected as a Democrat to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1835-1836 and 1836-1837 terms; elected, auditor, Franklin County (1841-1843); farmer; died, December 7, 1856 in Marion, Jaspar County, Indiana; interred, Weston Cemetery, Rensselaer, Jasper County, Indiana.
