COLLEY, Alexander G., a Representative from Columbia County; born, August 17, 1786 in Columbia County, Pa.; laborer; teacher; surveyor; elected as a Democrat to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1822-1823 and 1823-1824 term; elected, school board, Benton Township; died, June 6, 1881 in Benton Township, Columbia County, Pennsylvania; interred, Saint Gabriel Cemetery, Benton Township, Columbia County, Pennsylvania.
