FRICK, Henry, a Representative from Northumberland County; born, March 17, 1795 in Northumberland, Northumberland County, Pa.; served, Pennsylvania Militia (War of 1812); printer; printer, publisher and edited, The Miltonian (1816-1840); elected, high constable, Milton (1817); unsuccessful campaign, auditor, Northumberland County (1820); elected as a Democrat to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1828-1829, 1829-1830 and 1830-1831 terms; resigned from the House, April 5, 1831; director, First National Bank of Sunbury; justice of the peace; director, Pennsylvania and Erie Railroad Company (1837-1844); elected, United States Congress (1843-1844); died in the office of Congress, March 1, 1844 in Washington, District of Columbia; interred, Congressional Cemetery, Washington, District of Columbia
