DUNLAP, James, a Representative from Cumberland County; born, circa 1774; farmer; elected as a Democrat to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1824-1825, 1825-1826, 1826-1827 and 1827-1828 terms; died, July 24, 1859 in Lower Allen Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania; interred, Silver Spring Presbyterian Church Cemetery, Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
