FORD, Henry, a Representative from Cumberland County; elected as a Democratic-Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1816-1817 and 1817-1818 terms; elected, commissioner, Cumberland County (1822-1825); secretary, Democrat-Republican County Committee (1823); elected, burgess, Mechanicsburg (1828); manager, Cumberland Valley Railroad Company (1835).
