SEBRING, William L., a Representative from Monroe and Northampton Counties; born, 1795 in Pennsylvania; lawyer; elected as a Democrat to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1836-1837 and 1837-1838 term; elected, associate judge, Northampton County (1852-1857); civil engineer; died, February 19, 1880 in Easton, Northampton County, Pennsylvania; interred, Easton Cemetery, Easton, Northampton County, Pennsylvania.
