McNAIR, Solomon, a Representative from Bucks County; born, November 9, 1769 in Upper Makefield, Bucks County, Pa.; farmer; unsuccessful campaign, Pennsylvania House of Representatives (1820); elected as a Democrat to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1821-1822, 1822-1823 and 1823-1824 terms; died, February 3, 1832 in Upper Makefield, Bucks County, Pennsylvania; interred, Historic Presbyterian Church of Newtown Cemetery, Newtown, Bucks County, Pennsylvania.
