YARDLEY, John, a Representative from Bucks County; born, December 8, 1794 in Pennsylvania; elected to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives as an Anti-Mason for the 1830-1831 term; not a candidate for reelection to the House; proprietor, Yardley & Justice, lumber and coal merchants; justice of the peace; died, March 24, 1874 in Lower Makefield Township, Bucks County, Pennsylvania; interred, Saint Andrew’s Church Cemetery, Yardley, Bucks County, Pennsylvania.
