HORNER, James, a Representative from Bucks County; born, 1792 in Pennsylvania; first lieutenant, Capt. Purdy’s Company, Pennsylvania Militia (1813-1814, War of 1812); farmer; elected as a National Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1828-1829 term; not a candidate for reelection to the House; died, February 15, 1866 in Warwick Township, Bucks County, Pennsylvania; interred, Hartsville Cemetery, Hartsville, Bucks County, Pennsylvania.
