IVINS, Aaron, a Representative from Bucks County; born, 1801 in Bucks County, Pa.; teacher; land surveyor; elected as a Whig to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1837-1838 term; not a candidate for reelection to the House; farmer; engaged, insurance; died, 1867 in Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania; interred, Fallsington Friends Cemetery, Fallsington, Bucks County, Pennsylvania.
