FELL, Joseph, a Representative from Bucks County; born, April 12, 1804 in Upper Makefield Township, Bucks County, Pa.; school teacher; farmer; elected as a Whig to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1837-1838 term; not a candidate for reelection to the House; superintendent of schools, Bucks County (1854-1857); died March 11, 1887 in Buckingham, Bucks County, Pennsylvania; interred, Buckingham Friends Cemetery, Lahaska, Bucks County, Pennsylvania.
