HUGGINS, Jacob, a Representative from Perry County; born, January 15, 1774 in Lancaster County, Pa.; elected, road supervisor, Buffalo Township, Perry County (1807); elected, commissioner, Perry County (1821-1822); elected as a Democrat to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1823-1824, 1824-1825 and 1825-1826 term; died, January 21, 1835 in Liverpool, Perry County, Pennsylvania; interred, Liverpool Union Cemetery, Liverpool, Perry County, Pennsylvania.
